Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients
• Develop and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in Khmer and English
• Valid real estate license preferred
